The study, “Trends in Sepsis and Pneumonia During COVID-19: Lessons from BPCIA,” analyzed the changes in cost and utilization for sepsis or pneumonia episodes not related to COVID-19 prior to and during the pandemic as well as during the pandemic in patients with and without COVID-19.
