The partnership will set its focus on developing solutions that improve health outcomes and care experiences while also reducing costs for patients in the state.
Among these solutions is a a standardized comprehensive vascular disease care pathway, as well as a standardized care pathway program for joint replacement patients. Read more on the partnership.
