Article

Coverage of our peer-reviewed research and news reporting in the health care and mainstream press.

A piece by Employee Benefit News refenced a study published in the September 2012 issue of The American Journal of Managed Care® (AJMC®). The study, “Impact of Medical Homes on Quality, Healthcare Utilization, and Costs,” indicated that patient-centered medical home (PCMH) practices provided better preventive care and disease management with less resource utilization than practices not pursuing PCMH status.

A commentary published in the December 2020 issue of AJMC® was cited by Insider NJ. The commentary, “The Persistent Pandemic of Violence Against Health Care Workers,” noted that the problem of violence against health care workers has escalated worldwide, and tackling this issue would require the support of administrators.

A piece by Forbes referenced a study published by AJMC®, titled, "Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH): Updates in Epidemiology and Evaluation of Patients." The study provided an update for health care professionals on the management of PAH with the most current information on epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical presentation, and diagnostic considerations.
