Established in 2014 as one of the nation’s first programs focused on meeting the complex health needs of underserved communities and marginalized populations, the Allegheny Health Network’s Center for Inclusion Health has grown in the Western Pennslyvania region to provide coordinated and compassionate care delivery using evidence-based interventions.
The Center for Inclusion Health provides a myriad of health services that address disparities in access for mental health, homeless care, transgender care, and addiction medicine, as well as social determinants of health such as food insecurity and housing challenges.
