During the memorial service marking the 15th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, Hillary Clinton left the service when she fell ill. Later, her campaign confirmed that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia 2 days earlier, reported The Washington Post. A video of Clinton’s departure from the memorial service showed her stumbling into the van, which has renewed speculation regarding her health. The presidential candidate has canceled her planned trip to California on Monday and Tuesday.

Responders who volunteered to help in the aftermath of the terrorist attacks 15 years ago may be sick and not know it. According to the Los Angeles Times, about 9500 responders for the 9/11 attacks traveled from across the country and their doctors may not realize cancer or a cough could be related to work from 15 years ago. Now, public awareness campaigns are hoping to reach these individuals and connect them to help wherever they may live.
Sanofi and Verily Life Sciences LLC, a unit of Google’s parent company, have partnered to create a new diabetes venture. Through Onduo, the companies will develop high-tech tools for managing diabetes, according to a press release. Sanofi and Google have already worked together to explore the potential of high-tech devices to improve diabetes care, and Onduo is the result of that earlier work. Initially, the venture will focus on type 2 diabetes, but it plans to eventually expand its focus to type 1 diabetes and to people at risk of developing diabetes.
