This, he believes, will help reduce the large percentage of smokers who adopt the habit while in school.

This, he believes, will help reduce the large percentage of smokers who adopt the habit while in school.
Dr Cosgrove also discusses new payment models, citing physician and hospital reimbursement as a major concern. Because many providers will be paid less, they will have to reduce the costs of delivering care. Two possible ways: (1) keeping the patient population healthier, and (2) making the healthcare delivery system more efficient.
