In addition to the hospitals, the acquisition includes 2 nursing centers, physician clinic operations, and outpatient services. During 2017, the 4 hospitals provided care during more than 129,000 emergency department visits, 159,000 outpatient visits, 18,800 hospital admissions, and 339,000 clinic visits.
