The first step a hospital/health system should do is complete a readiness assessment. Ms Leclerc also stresses the importance of having a strong relationship with your respective health plan to create a successful ACO. "It's not just the provider," Ms Leclerc said, "it's really that relationship and that partnership with a plan that makes it successful."
