The American Journal of Managed Care may be celebrating 20 years of publication, but Karen Ignagni, president and chief executive officer of America's Health Insurance Plans, is looking forward to many more.
"It hardly seems possible that it's been 20 years, but [the journal] has really been a pacesetter in the healthcare ecosystem in terms of a go-to place research, for policy analysis, and for need-to-know kind of information," she said.
Ms Ignagi wrote the special guest commentary in the March issue of The American Journal of Managed Care, which is featured on the 20th anniversary page alongside all special guest commentaries from 2015.
