The meeting brings together care team members, patient advocates, physicians, payers, and health system administrators to discuss the array of issues facing emerging healthcare delivery models and provide real-world examples of successes. Some of the topics at this year's meeting will include healthcare reform and efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act; cybersecurity issues; addressing social determinants of health; and public-private partnerships.
