When patients stay on their therapy and are monitored closely, providers can see any red flags and know when to change therapy or make adjustments, he said.
“What we know is that proper monitoring in the CML space is critical and not only for the health of the patients but also for their financial wellbeing and the wellbeing of the insurance companies that have to pay for these drugs,” Mr Stephens said.
