In addition, HealthPocket compared quality ratings of the Medicare Advantage plans with $0 premiums. Plans that has $0 premiums in 2014 but not in 2015 had lower star ratings compared with plans with $0 premiums in 2015 but not in 2014 (3.61 vs 3.83).
