CKD Focus of New Partnership Between Priority Health, pulseData
Through its new partnership with pulseData, Priority Health is striving to improve the health of persons living with chronic kidney disease (CKD)
Grand Rapids, Michigan — Chronic kidney disease, or CKD, is estimated to affect up to 37 million Americans, and through its new partnership with pulseData, Priority Health is striving to improve the health of persons living with this disease, as well as with other chronic diseases.
pulseData's artificial intelligence capabilities will gather patient data that it will then analyze and Priority Health will use to suggest CKD-related care management options. The primary end goal is to reach patients living with the disease in a more timely manner to optimize their care interventions, such as testing, medication reminders, and healthy food suggestions.
