Avik Roy, senior fellow, Manhattan Institute, says that health insurance exchanges will, over time, become the main method of delivering health insurance in the United States.

Avik Roy, senior fellow, Manhattan Institute, says that health insurance exchanges will, over time, become the main method of delivering health insurance in the United States. Raising the retirment age for Medicare, modifications to employer mandates, and changes in Medicaid coverage are all examples of ways that will put more people on exchanges. Mr. Roy says that exchanges will become a "larger and larger peice of the pie" in the US shared market.
