An article published in MedCity News referenced a study published in the November 2024 issue of The American Journal of Managed Care® (AJMC®). The study, “Persistence of Provider Directory Inaccuracies After the No Surprises Act,” found that there were a large number of provider directory inaccuracies that lasted longer than the 90-day expectation regulated by the federal government.

A commentary published in Evidence-Based Oncology™ was highlighted in an article by Hospice News. The commentary, “Scaling Early Palliative Care in Value-Based Community Oncology: A Technology-Enabled Approach,” focused on a scalable palliative care model that used a serious illness registry to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs.

The article, “Biosimilar Uptake Lags in US Despite Potential Cost Savings,” covered the results of a study that found that the uptake of biosimilars is delayed due to payer, provider, and patient barriers.

An article from Fierce Pharma referenced the article “Overcoming Economic, Noneconomic Barriers to Biosimilar Adoption in Oncology,” published on AJMC’s sister site, The Center for Biosimilars. The article covered a study that highlighted current barriers to the uptake of oncology biosimilars.
