It Depends on the State,” noted that the cost of giving birth in the United States can vary by thousands of dollars depending on where the birth takes place.
The ECOG-ACRIN Cancer Research Group spotlighted an article posted on AJMC.com that covered data of its subanalysis on longer-term quality of life (QOL) at the 18-month mark among patients with lymph node–positive or high-risk lymph node–negative breast cancer. The article, “Mixed QOL Findings Following Treatment Highlight Need for BC Support Services,” indicated that these patient populations exhibited no worsening in QOL when given chemotherapy plus bevacizumab vs placebo.
