A piece by SeniorsMatter featured an article published on AJMC.com, the website of The American Journal of Managed Care®. The article, “Noncontact Boxing Workout Improves QOL, Workout Adherence,” indicated that a special noncontact boxing program was shown to potentially improve quality of life and likelihood of exercise among patients with Parkinson disease compared with those who did not participate.
