Faculty
This supplement to The American Journal of Managed Care is intended to provide an understanding of the epidemiology of advanced and metastatic melanoma, the known pathways involved in the pathophysiology of melanoma, and the approved and emerging therapies that target these pathways. It will also focus on the most recent clinical data from immunotherapy trials, therapies formulated to target metastatic melanoma and their corresponding outcomes, adverse effects, and costs associated with the use of these pharmacologic agents.
