Results from the Association of Community Cancer Centers' (ACC's) ninth annual Trending Now in Cancer Care survey revealed how cancer programs across the country are being impacted by payers, the government, and industry. Respondents named reimbursement requirements from payers, cost of drugs and new treatment modalities, and uncertainties in drug pricing reform policies as top threats to future cancer program growth. They also listed top areas of opportunity for return on investment, including care coordination.
