Jessica L. Johnson, MEd

Jessica L. Johnson, MEd. serves as the director of Health Transformation, the clinical and business innovation division of Population Health Management at Dartmouth-Hitchcock. She brings cross-industry experience in defense contracting and homeland security, corporate business, non-profit development, health information technology, health policy, and hospitality to inform human-centered solutions in healthcare. She is dedicated to advancing clinical operations and community-based solutions. She is engaged in system-level leadership to enhance existing business models, while developing readiness for future requirements via new models that are convincing at scale. She is also participating in state and federal level initiatives through the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment program and HHS-sanctioned groups.
