Charlotte Burnett, MSW, MPH

Charlotte Burnett is a Director for the Health Care Transformation Task Force. Prior to joining the Task Force, Charlotte worked for Northwestern University where she managed an HIV prevention project in collaboration with city and state health departments. Charlotte began her career as a case manager to individuals with complex medical and behavioral health needs before attending graduate school to make an impact at organizational and policy levels. Throughout graduate school she engaged in research and evaluation work across various populations with the goal of strengthening social services and improving health outcomes.

Charlotte holds Master of Social Work and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from Fordham University.
